Order Processing Time
Please note that we generally require 3 to 5 working days to fulfill and process your order before dispatching it. We are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible!

High Demand: During peak seasons or high-volume sales, processing may take up to 5-10 business days. If your order contains personalized items or requires restocking, shipping times will be extended accordingly.
Shipping & Delivery Estimates
We ship worldwide via local postal services. Once your order is dispatched, the estimated delivery time depends on your location:

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email (and a text message if you provided a mobile number) containing your Tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package.

Pre-Ordered & Back-Ordered Items
If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item alongside available items, we may utilize split shipping: We will ship any available items immediately. The pre-ordered or back-ordered items will be shipped separately as soon as they become available. Rest assured, if you receive only part of your order initially, the remainder is on its way.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We process orders quickly, so there is only a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address.

Lost/Stolen Packages
Selviora is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address but you have not received it, please:
