Overview

We want you to love your purchase from Selviora. However, we understand that online shopping doesn't always go as planned. We have designed our return policy to be as simple and transparent as possible.

1. Cancellations

  • After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. It will be subject to our standard Return Policy detailed below.

2. Return Conditions

  • Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return.

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Custom Products: Special orders, personalized items, or custom-engraved jewelry cannot be returned unless defective.

  • Sale Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

  • Health & Personal Care: For hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g., pierced earrings) may have specific restrictions.

4. How to Initiate a Return

  • If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.

  • Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customer Responsibility: Unless the item is defective or we made an error (e.g., wrong item sent), you are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

  • Non-Refundable: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.

6. Refunds

  • Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Processing Time: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

  • In these specific cases, we will cover the return shipping costs or arrange for a replacement.

8. Warranty Claims

Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for six months from the original purchase date.

  • Coverage: This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the product.

  • Exclusions: It does not cover damages caused by accident, misuse, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications.

  2. Detailed description of the issue.

  3. Product details (e.g., model, size, color).

  4. Clear photos of the defect.

9. Lost Packages

Selviora is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed to be delivered to the shipping address provided.

  • If your tracking says "Delivered" but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

  • We can provide you with the delivery confirmation details to assist in your investigation.
